Well, I really appreciate you being with us. And, this is just a tremendous opportunity for us to get to know our Father together. I am so excited. When I just talk about Him. I get weepy, I am so excited. This journey of knowing our Father. You know, I look for a lot of. I look for songs about the Father.

There’s hardly any and, but you see, we’re coming up. The time of the Father’s presence being returned. I don’t want to get ahead of my teachings, so I like for us to pray together, If we might. I just want to welcome each one of you. If you’re new today, we hope you feel, welcome. And if you feel like you missed something we’ve got notes for you from last week, and then plus it’s on YouTube so you’d be able to catch up really fast.

So let’s pray, Our Father.

Such an honor to be called by Your Name. And we’re just so grateful that you took us. You made us, created us, and then you redeemed us. And I just pray today,

I would be able to articulate in some measure of Your greatness, of Your goodness. and what You have revealed in Your word that we might be able to grasp it. I just ask that Your breath, Your spirit, would just settle upon us and You’ll deposit in us. Your essence, who You are that we might know You. We want to know You, Father.

And we want to. We want to tell how great You are, So if You would help us do that. But we know You don’t need us, but we want to serve You in that way. Thank You, in Yeshua Name because he came to reveal You to us. And we won’t want to miss one thing in this journey while we’re still here on planet Earth.

We ask it again in Your Name and for Your glory, Amen. Well, I want to remind you of a passage in the scriptures that’s very dear to my heart, a little bit obscure, might not be. I mean, you may already know this story, but it’s one of those, I love to find these things are tucked in there, and they’ve treasures, jewels in them.

This story comes out of Jeremiah 35. I don’t have any slides on it. I just decided I wanted to tell you about this story, though I do want to open to the text. The story is about the  Rechabites, the Rechabites are descendants of Jethro. We just had Jethro in parsha this past week or Sabbath yesterday, and, but the Rechabites are descendants of Jethro, who is the Father in law of Moses.

So a very special people. You know, when our Father was going to teach something, He often starts with a natural to drive His point home. He’s a great teacher. And so He tells Jeremiah, Jeremiah, go and get the Rechabites. Plan a party. Put it in the temple in one of the rooms and invite the Rechabites to come.

And be sure you have plenty of wine. And so they come. And so I don’t know if you have your Bibles, you might like to look at Jeremiah 35. And so the Rechabites come and, they are seated and the wine is poured and they say, oh, we can’t drink that. We don’t drink wine.

And then they went on to say, our Father, Jonadad, who was the son of Rechab, have taught us not to drink wine. In fact, he said, never drink wine. Three things he told them, don’t drink wine, don’t build houses. you’re to live in tents and don’t plant vineyards. So they told those, Jeremiah already knew this, but.

And then the Lord goes on to say, the Father goes on to say, if you read the text, the Rechabites have always obeyed their father. They’ve done what their father asked them to do all these years. They have made these three priorities. They never will drink wine. They don’t plant vineyards and they live in tents. They are a nomadic people.

And then He goes on to say, I pleaded with My people. I have sent them Prophets. I’ve sent the messengers, I’ve pleaded with them. Please obey Me. But they don’t listen. They won’t obey Me. And so now I’m going to have to judge them. And He tells them what He’s going to do. He’s going to take them into captivity.

It’s the. It’s the House of Judah He’s talking to. Israel’s already been in captivity for a long period of time, but He always tells you what He’s going to do before He does it. But He never does anything until He warns you and warns you and warns you. He said, I’ve loved you, but you won’t listen to me.

And then He goes on to make this great. promise to the Rechabites. Listen to what He says. Because you obeyed your father, you showed honor to your father, You will have someone to stand before Me all the days without end. Can you imagine? Not because they served Him, but they did. They were a people that were close to Israel.

But the point I want to drive home is when we obey our Father, the honor, and there’s one of the commandments, you know, one of the ten sayings, honor your father and your mother. And, you know, if we never learned to honor our father and mother on planet Earth, you’ll have a hard time honoring your Heavenly Father. And the more respect you have for a parent, the easier it would be for you to have respect for the Almighty.

Well, I love this story because it tells me I only find three people in all of scripture that got this promise. Phineas got the promise that he would have one to stand before the Lord  forever. You know why? Because Phineas was zealous for Yehovah’s name.

Are we jealous for His Name? Yeah. David got that promise. You know why? Because David loved your whole plan with all his Heart.

And the Rechabites. Got it. Because they said we’re going to obey our Father. You know, if He could bring us to that place that we’re going to obey our Father, no matter if anyone goes with me, I’m gonna obey my Father, and I’m going to stand for His Name. And I’m going to keep telling Him, Father, I want to make Your Name great.

You know, I really can’t make His Name great. It’s already great. But I can tell how great He is for what He’s done for me.

Well, that’s the beginning of our our journey. Recently, I was listening to a rabbinic teaching. The focus of the Rabbi’s exposition expounded on the two most tragic events in the History of mankind. He said the sin chata. That’s Hebrew. You know, it says we have come short. We’ve seen it come short. That’s chata in the Garden. The Fall of the human race. The greatest tragedy that ever happened was the sin in the Garden.

Secondly, He said, the sin, the golden calf, chata at Mount Sinai, the fall cost Yeshua His humanity to redeem us from our fallen state. The garden and the sin of the golden calf caused Moses 80 extra days of prayer and fasting. And through those 40 days, those next 80 days, he entreated Yehovah, You’ve got to go with us.

We’re your people. And He said, I’ll send an angel. Well, I’ve I’ve said it many times. I would have probably said, really? That’s great, but not Moses. No, he said, if you’re not going with us, we’re not going. So, you see, intercession changes the intention of the Father. And He said, I’ll go with you. In fact, you know what he got out of it.

If you look at in Exodus 34 nine and ten, He said, not only am I going to go with you. Listen to what He said. I’m going to do with this people what I have not done with any people group in the whole earth. I’m going to do miracles by them. And He did. And He does. I want to clarify when I refer to Jewish people, I am not speaking of the tribe of Judah.

There is a terminology. Yehuda is from the tribe of Judah. But it with the post exilic period. That’s wHen they came out of the Babylonian captivity. The terminology changed. And Jews today use Jewish people for all 12 tribes. So when I say Jewish people, I’m not speaking of the tribe of Judah. When I refer to rabbis or sages, I’m not endorsing every teaching, but sharing insights from their understanding of Scripture.

Our Father, I learn from the Jewish teaching. I have learned so much, and I feel it’s very important to give credit to whom credit is due. I’ve learned the Hebraic timeline. I have learned Tukkun, the repair of the world, the kingdom to come. This is a major emphasis in Judaism is the repair of the world. You see, they don’t really put emphasis on going to Heaven.

Judaism is looking for the restoration of the earth because He will never. Yehovah will never allow Satan to have the last word. He’s going to reclaim the earth. Christians look to going to Heaven. But really, when we study the Lord’s Prayer, the prayer Yeshua taught us to pray. What does He say? Our Father who art in Heaven, number one, hallowed be Your Name.

You see, this is what Phineas did. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Now this is our part. My part is to honor His name wherever I go, whatever I do. And I don’t always do it. So if I may, or if I fail Him, I can repent. Because remember, He’s merciful.

And my whole goal is to bring His kingdom. How is His kingdom going to come? Through you. That’s how it is on earth as in us and we’re walking it out. We’re going to talk more about that. Every time you obey a commandment, every time you obey what He gives you to do, you’re showing, you’re revealing Him.

You’re revealing the kingdom. So I’ve learned so much. I learned about Abraham and Isaac. I learned about the prophets. I learned from the Psalmist. I learned from YESHUA. I learned from the apostles. I endorse Christian and Messianic scholars. There’s none greater than George Foote. More. He’s a Christian. He’s so well versed in the Talmud and the writings of the Jewish people that the Jews study from George Foote More. Imagined that! Elazar Brandt, who connects us with the reservoir of knowledge and understanding of the Jewish family, is a wonderful, wonderful source.

He states he makes this statement. We should expect Paul’s Scripture interpretations to be heavily influenced by rabbinical education. And we’re not disappointed. I’m blessed by their Jewish knowledge of our Father, that He is spirit. He is one Echad, without bodily form. The one who speaks, revealing Himself metaphorically. So the point I want to say is the Father is a spirit.

Remember, Yeshua taught us this when He talked to the woman at the well. The Father seeketh those who would worship Him in what, Spirit and Truth? And that’s how He is, how we worship Him. He’s truth. It says in Psalm 146:6, he is the keeper of truth forever. There’s nothing like knowing that your life is built on truth.

In lesson one, our goal was to establish the eternal Father, Yehovah Elohim, as a Supreme Highest Authority in heaven and earth.

This is some of the things we’ve been missing. We have often put the writings of the Apostle Paul above our Fathers writings. In first place, we have Skewed His writings. I want to show you that before that, before our six weeks are out. I’m going to guarantee you there is no New Testament writing that conflicts with what my Father said.

It does not. When it does, there’s a problem, and it’s not with the Father, and it’s not with the Apostle Paul. It’s with the scholars. First, you take a natural and then you’ll understand the spiritual. This is the way we learn because we’re not spiritually minded. We are natural. We came from our father, Adam. You know how Adam came to you?

He picked up a little dust, a little clay. I think he probably spit in it, formed an image. And then he. What? Breathed his spirit into Adam. And Adam is called the Son of God. Luke 3:38. In the natural home, the husband, the father should be the head of the home. If he’s not, the home is out of order.

The son is never the head of the home. If he is the house out of order, it’s the husband. He’s the head. He’s the provider. He’s the protector of that home. And the home should be in submission to the father. Now, hopefully you’ve got fathers that’s training their families about the ways of Yehovah. Oh that fathers took their children, their wives, and  imparted  the word to them.

And that home was built on a solid rock of truths. Very few homes really have that. So spiritually that this image in the natural home is what the Father is showing us. He’s the head of all creation. He’s over and above all and all are under him. He’s the highest sovereign in heaven and earth, and He’s the protector and provider of all who call.

And he’s particularly aware of widows and orphans. You know why? Because he’s compassionate. He’s just. He’s loving. He sees what we have needs. He’s always there. Now, I want to ask you some questions. Because, you know, it’s important to me that you’re learning. I don’t want you to spend time here and go out and forget. No, I won’t impact your life.

Change your life. The Word should change us. It’s powerful as we think on it and meditate on it. It makes us into new people. It gives us a purpose to live and a purpose to die. Because, you know, we’re going to go met Him What? Everything you learn here and learn it well and do it. You won’t have to meet it at the Beama seat.

I cannot tell you. I’ll come to this a little bit later, but I cannot tell you how grateful I am for his corrections. Every time he corrects me. I can be a little less corrected at the Beama seat. And I’ve come to a stronger emphasis on that when I tell you about an encounter in Genesis 1. The creation account.

By what name did our Father reveal Himself? Elohim, you got it. And what is the essence of that name? What is the essence of Elohim? Righteous Judge. He revealed himself first as Righteous Judge. And I didn’t tell you this last week. But I want to tell you this week He did that for a very special reason.

It was in the torah study this week in Exodus 20. He says to the Jewish people, I reveal myself as Elohim because I want you to fear me. If you fear me, it will help to keep you from sinning. Yeah. That’s why He did it. You know, it’s not healthy if you have children in the home and they don’t fear or respect, their parents.

It’s not a healthy situation. Children are not your buddy. Children are under your care and supervision, and they need to learn to respect your authority. But fathers need to do that in the right way. Of course. Now to balance his name, Elohim righteous judge, He added His, . Do you remember what His Name is?

His. Memorial name. We call him Yehovah. You might have a different name. Do you know the reference for that? Where did we find it? We know that Elohim is where. Where it was in Genesis. Genesis 1. It was the only title, His only name in Genesis 1. Every. Every addressing of him is. That is 32 times in chapter one.

Genesis 2:4. He gives. After he gives Elohim, He comes forth and gives His memorial name. This name is His name that He said, I’ll be remembered forever. And that name represents. Mercy, right? When you’re reading in your text and you see capital L, capital O, capital R, capital D, that is the Tetragrammaton, always. That’s his memorial name.

If you see L was small o-r-d. That is not the tetragrammaton. That’s another form of master. But is not the Tetragrammaton. The Tetragrammaton is the Father. Now, how many of you in here, I’m not going to ask you, really, but you know, Micah 6:8. Verse. You might know it when I bring it up on that. I want you to see something very important about Micah 6:8.

In fact, I heard a rabbi say this. You can break the Ten sayings down to three. And Micah was one of the three. Micah, the first and second commandment. And Micah, Then He said you can break it down to two. And then he said, you can break them down to one. Love
 the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength.

Because when that happens in a human being, they keep all the rest. Let’s look at Micah 6:8, “But He showed you. O, man, what is good and what does Yehovah require of you but to, do justly, to love mercy. The first two names He revealed to us,

Justice and Mercy. So what is He? And to walk humbly. Do you know how humble He walks? He lowers himself to talk to us, to come and be in the very essence of sin. That’s who I am. I’m a basket case. Without him. But he stooped down to be, to build a relationship with me. Amazing. But I hadn’t noticed this in the verse until this week.

I love Micah 6:8, but He first mentions, do justly. Be just like Me. Don’t change your justice. Don’t change righteous judgment because you don’t help people when you do that. You’ve got to be just. You got to be right. But love, mercy, be merciful. What a great guideline for our lives. Lesson one, what word or essence set Yehovah Elohim apart from all others?

Existence. That’s what He is. He’s existed. He’s without beginning. He’s without end. And you and I exist because He’s existence. But if He withdraws his breath from me, I no longer exist. The only reason I exist right now is because He’s in me. Because His Spirit is in me. When that Spirit goes, this body is only a clay pot and it will collapse and deteriorate.

In fact, Paul says that, In Second Corinthians 4:7 he said, we have this treasure in earthen vessels. I didn’t really give you this. I gave you Psalm 89 as part of the great man, David loved the Lord so much, He gave him the Davidic Covenant that one from his body will sit on his throne. But He also gave in Psalm 89:34 and I looked at  Psalm 89 this week.

Verse14, I just wanted to share it with you, because this would be a great download for you. He’s David has the revelation. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne. Isn’t that great. Righteousness? This is what His word, all these words built on righteousness and justice. And he says, mercy and truth attend you. That was ever before you.

If you have been born naturally, your goal should be to be born Spiritually. See, what I’m driving home is there’s always a natural before a spiritual. Next week we’re going to go into the calendar , hopefully and our Father teaches from the natural first, because you’re natural.  You’re not going to get spiritual without the natural. That’s why you have a lot of trouble with him. Not being corporeal because you’re use to a body. He doesn’t have a body. Now it talks about His hands. It talks about His mouth. It talks about these things so you can get a hold of it. But He doesn’t, isn’t manifested really that way. Moses longed to know our Father. What secret did Moses prayer reveal on how to know our Father?

He said it this way. If I’ve found favor in your eyes. He said this. Please, I love that. Please show me your ways that I might know you.

Show me your ways that I might know you. Now I tell you, dear people, the Torah is the greatest revelation of his ways. And we laid the Torah aside. That’s where the foundation. That’s where you get to know how he thinks and his ways is the Torah. The five books of Moses. The word Torah means teachings, instructions of the Father.

Imagine doing away with the teachings. instructions of the Father. It has no rationale to it. In Yeshua. Prayer in John 17:3, He defined eternal life. How? He said, this is eternal life, that they know You, Father and your Son, Jesus Christ, our Yeshua, How Moshiach. This is eternal life that we know our Father. How much do you know about Him?

Well, we know He’s just. We know He’s merciful. We know the foundation of His throne is righteousness and justice, and that He attends to His mercy and truth. His truth. See you want to be able to articulate and define Him in prayer? Lord, I know, Father, I thank You, Your truth, Your merciful, forgive me. I’ve missed the mark in the beginning.

The Father’s purpose in creating Adam and Eve was for communion and fellowship that Adam and his descendants would find identity and purpose in the Father. That’s, that’s His purpose for you. And that’s His purpose for me. That in communion, he reveals to us, this is what I need you do you know He wrote a book? Psalm 139 says He wrote a book, and He wrote all your destiny in that book.

It’s already planned for you, what he wants you to do, what he wants you to fulfill, how he wants you to succeed. It’s all there. We miss our destiny if we don’t pursue him and seek him. When Adam and Eve left the Father’s Word, they sinned.  Chata choosing the path of rebellion that sin passed on all humanity. The Father’s presence lifted.

The Father never remains Where sin is present.

You need to qualify that a little bit, but you’re in Yeshua. Paul wrote in Colossians 3:3, for you died, and your life is hid in Yeshua, in the Father” But when you and I sin a barrier goes up and you break fellowship because He doesn’t bless sinning, He sends His breath, His spirit, to bring us back into fellowship with Him.

But when they sinned His presence lifted, That Ruach that wind of His, that breath of His lifted. He took them out of the garden. And now the plan of restoration began. And that journey is where we’re still on. The whole thing is to restore the Father’s presence as it was in the beginning. What was is what will be at the end.

What was in Genesis will happen in Revelation, and that is His presence. That’s what we’re about today. That’s why we’re coming. And when we study the festivals, you will see we’ve already passed through redemption. We’re in the gathering now of the nations unto Him, because we’re preparing for Father’s presence to be restored. It is a most exciting thing to be alive now than any other time other than maybe Messiah came the first time.

I love Acts 17:26, He says, From one man He made all of creation, and He appointed the time that you’re to live and where you’re to live, you think you chose it? Well, HE said He’s pointed it. We’re here today by appointment. And it’s not an accident you’re here. You’re here because He divinely decreed for you to be here.

He has a purpose. So wonderful. Father. He’s going to reclaim the earth. He’s going to set His Son on His throne in Jerusalem. Do you know every preparation is being made for that right now?

I think I’ll do this. He showed me one day what He did in creation is what He’s doing right now. So beautiful to get a revelation from Him. You know, in Genesis one, what did He do? He separated light from darkness. He made the seas. He separated the land from the water. He made the birds and bees. The birds in the air and the fish in the seas.

And then after He had everything ready, He made Adam. He didn’t make Adam till everything was ready. That’s your pattern. Don’t forget it. This is a very, very important pattern because that’s what He’s doing right now. 1948 the land of Israel was this desert. Nothing grew there. I’m bringing my people reading Ezekiel 36. He said, “I’m bringing my people home and you will get ready.”

Because that land doesn’t respond to anybody but the Jewish people. It’s a desert. When they’re gone and when they start coming back, you know. Now it looks like Colorado. They’re growing everything. He’s blessing them. He’s bringing. And you can’t separate the land from the people. That’s  a covenant, Genesis 15, but you know what He’s doing. He’s getting the land ready.

He’s getting the people ready because he’s going to bring the last Adam.

And we get to see it. We should be saying, Glory Hallelujah, Father, look what You’re doing. I am so excited. I’m going to go up and down the streets and tell people, and they will think I’m crazy, but I’m not. It’s a really a wonderful, wonderful insight.
