Cataclysm Series 06 – Ezekiel’s Earthquake Part 1 – The Day before Pentecost

In this talk, we begin to investigate the future and to consider cataclysms that are still to come on Planet Earth. This talk is part one of a two-part series on the earthquake that is described in Ezekiel 38:19, namely,” In my zeal and fiery wrath I declare that at that time there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel.” We will understand the conditions that will have to be in place before the events described in Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39 can happen. It is remarkable that this talk was given just after the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas was announced. Furthermore, the presentation was given first to friends the day before Pentecost Sunday in the Christian calendar. Thus, Ezekiel’s Earthquake part one is entitled “The Day before Pentecost”. Many suggest that the Gog/Magog Invasion could happen at any moment. Geoff thinks somewhat differently. The Gog Invasion takes place according to the conditions described in the early verses of Ezekiel chapter 38. For example, Ezekiel 38 verse 8 states categorically, “In future years you will invade a land that has recovered from war, whose people were gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate. They had been brought out from the nations, and now all of them live in safety.” We consider each of these aspects and more in this presentation.
