In this next talk in the series “Cataclysm – Global Catastrophe”, Geoff considers the last seven-year period leading up to the return of Jesus on the Mount of Olives. According to the prophetic motif, he believes that this last seven-year period may be marked by a covenant with the Antichrist although it is unlikely to be the building of a so-called “Third Temple” on the Temple Mount. He considers the verse in Amos 9:11 which describes the rebuilding of “David’s fallen tent” and how James interprets it in Acts chapter 15 (The Council of Jerusalem).

This is the third of a five-part series entitled “Global Catastrophe” which is a continuation of the series “Cataclysm”. This part is entitled “The Day of the Lord”. It is possibly the most difficult talk that Geoff has ever given or will give. However, it may be the most important. It is a description of the fact that the Lord is going to devastate the Earth (Isaiah 24:1).

And we have the word of the prophets made more certain, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation. For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

This is the first of a four-part series entitled “Global Catastrophe” which is a continuation of the series “Cataclysm”. This first part is entitled “The Sixth Seal” which is a reference to a passage in Revelation chapter 6. In the last few talks, we have considered Biblical events which are still in the future and this talk is no different. In general, the Christian world is not prepared for the days to come which will precede the return of Messiah Jesus (Yeshua).

This talk is part two of a two-part series on the earthquake that is described in Ezekiel 38:19, namely,” In my zeal and fiery wrath I declare that at that time there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel.” We will consider the identity of the nations involved in the invasion and their demise on the mountains of Israel. We will attempt to identify the Valley of Hamon Gog which is the burial site of the invading but defeated hordes.

In this talk, we begin to investigate the future and to consider cataclysms that are still to come on Planet Earth. This talk is part one of a two-part series on the earthquake that is described in Ezekiel 38:19, namely,” In my zeal and fiery wrath I declare that at that time there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel.”

This is the second part of a talk on The Temple Mount within the series entitled Cataclysm. In this talk, Geoff considers the attempts by Jewish people to rebuild the Temple in the 4th and the 7th Century AD. Both attempts failed.

This talk is somewhat different. Geoff considers the “Cataclysms” coming to Jerusalem (and the Temple Mount in particular) that occurred in AD70 and, secondly, following the Bar Kokhba revolt in AD135. It is Geoff’s contention that very few believers know much or even consider the events of the second century AD when they try to understand the words of Jesus as expressed in what is known as the Olivet Discourse. The Bar Kokhba Revolt (also known as the third Roman-Jewish war) was essentially a re-run of the Maccabean revolt in the second century BC.
